Anna has over 5 years of experience working in Corporate Finance for General Motors after completing her Finance and International Business Degree from Eastern Michigan University. During her time in GM Anna worked as a key finance business partner for Onstar and New Business development groups where she managed budgeting and forecasting activities worth ~$200M.
She then worked in the Sales and Marketing FP&A group where she supported the execution of strategic long term forecasting plan for all vehicles in the U.S. This role provided her with the expertise to manage $1Billion of net sale forecasting, strategic analysis and reporting to executive leadership. Her next roles in Global Propulsion and Customer Care and Aftersales allowed her to use her technical expertise in financial modeling to create a new cost model tool used by Engineering and develop a new discounted cash flow model for a long term buy contracts.
In her current role Anna oversees the profitability of all vehicles in North America, created forecast validation tools to improve forecast validation time by 50%, creates ad hoc financial analysis for GMNA Finance Director and CFO. Aside from her technical role in finance, Anna served as a mentor for finance interns for 2 years and as well as coached new financial analysts entering the company. She has a lot of experience with campus recruiting by coordinating interview preparation sessions, case studies and playing an active role in final candidate selections for interviews.
